Coach Hoffmann
August “Augie” Hoffmann is the head coach of the St. Joseph’s Regional High School varsity football team.
Augie started his coaching career at St. Joe’s in 2009 as coach of the freshman team before becoming varsity offensive line coach in 2011; a position he held until 2014.
Augie played Offensive Guard for St. Joe’s from 1995-99, during which time he earned first team all league, all county, and all state honors. He went on to play football at Boston College (4 years varsity), where he earned First Team All Big East honors.
In 2006, Augie was signed to a free-agent contract by the New Orleans Saints, and played in NFL Europe.
